What's happening
We are pleased to launch this website as the central hub for all residents at Boulevard East. Here you will find the latest news and updates, key documents, information about your resident board, and an easy way to report any issues. We will keep this site updated regularly. If you have any feedback on the site or suggestions for what you would like to see here, please get in touch.
Your board will be hosting the first open residents' meeting shortly. This is your opportunity to meet Michael and the other directors, ask questions about how the development will be managed, and have your say on priorities. The date, time, and venue will be confirmed here and circulated to all residents by letter.
We are currently working through the formal handover process from First Port. This includes transferring service contracts, reviewing existing maintenance schedules, and ensuring all financial records are in order. A full written update covering the current position and our plans going forward will be published here once the transition is complete.
Details of any planned maintenance or contractor visits to the communal areas will be posted here with as much notice as possible. We know unexpected disruption is frustrating and we will always aim to keep you informed in advance.
