Residents managing Boulevard East, for residents
Following the transition from First Port, a small group of volunteer resident directors stepped forward to take on the management of Boulevard East. We are not a property company. We are your neighbours.
Our goal is straightforward: to manage the development fairly, transparently, and in the best interests of everyone who lives here. We hold open meetings, publish our accounts, and welcome input from all residents.
