Boulevard East is managed by residents, for residents. That only works when people get involved. You don't need any special qualifications -- just an interest in making our development a better place to live.
Whether you want to join the board as a director, help with a specific project, or simply stay informed and attend meetings, all contributions are welcome.
If you have skills in areas like finance, property, communications, landscaping, or just have time and enthusiasm -- please do get in touch. We would love to hear from you.
Become a resident director and help make decisions about how Boulevard East is managed. Directors meet regularly and share responsibility for the development.
Not ready to commit to the full board but have specific skills or time to offer? We welcome help with one-off projects such as reviewing contracts, improving communal areas, or organising resident events.
All residents are welcome at our open meetings. No commitment required -- just come along, ask questions, and have your say on how the development is run.
