Residents of Boulevard East, Greenhithe
Boulevard East is now managed by residents, for residents. We're your neighbours, and we're here to make this a place we're all proud to call home.
A New Chapter
Following the transition from First Port, a small group of volunteer resident directors has taken on the management of Boulevard East. We believe residents deserve clear communication, fair service charges, and a communal environment that reflects the quality of our development.
This website is your central resource -- for updates, documents, meeting minutes, and everything you need to know about how your development is managed.
We are your neighbours. Our door is always open.

Your board is made up of fellow residents who volunteered to take on the management of Boulevard East. We make decisions transparently, publish our accounts openly, and hold regular meetings that all residents are welcome to attend.
We're always looking for more residents to get involved -- whether formally on the board, or just helping with specific tasks.
